Shipping policy

All shipping is free in the US.
Order Processing:
We ship within 1 business day, sometimes the same business day if order early enough. If it will be longer, we will be in touch after your order comes in to let you know.

Shipping Speed:
Standard Shipping (typically 3-7 business days)
If you need it faster, please reach out for a quote for upgraded shipping.

Signature:
For insurance purposes we do require a signature for delivery on packages with a value over $400. Special arrangements can be made to waive this with advance notice, please make a note in your order for us to reach out prior to shipping.

Packaging:
Our team has safely shipped thousands of packages over the years. We have the experience and use high-quality shipping materials to make sure your record arrives in the same condition you see in the photos. Records are securely packed in cardboard boxes with cardboard stiffeners and corner protection. If there is ever a problem, please reach out and to resolve it.

Order Tracking:
You will receive an update via email of your tracking numbers once it has been shipped.
