Every pre-owned record goes through a proprietary 4-point processing system beginning with an ultrasonic bath using distilled water and Tergikleen, double-rinsed in a second ultrasonic bath of distilled water, vacuum dried, then visually graded.

Once professionally cleaned, records are graded conservatively according to the Goldmine Standard. Our Master Grader, who has collected records for over 30 years, personally grades each record under bright light after it has been ultrasonically cleaned and then dried. This includes a proprietary inspection process that looks for hairline marks, scuffs and other important condition factors.

All shipping is free in the US.

Signature:
For insurance purposes we do require a signature for delivery on packages with a value over $400. Special arrangements can be made to waive this with advance notice, please make a note in your order for us to reach out prior to shipping.

Packaging:
Our team has safely shipped thousands of packages over the years. We have the experience and use high-quality shipping materials to make sure your record arrives in the same condition you see in the photos. Records are securely packed in cardboard boxes with cardboard stiffeners and corner protection. If there is ever a problem, please reach out and to resolve it.
